Sweet Sallie’s cakes are more expensive because only the best ingredients are used. These include European style butter and chocolates, fresh cream and White Lily flours.
Cakes are baked from scratch and as close to your event as possible, so the flavor is better and fresher than store-bought.
- How much notice does Sweet Sallie’s need for a cake order?
Wedding Cakes-We need at least a 2-month notice for some dates but for more popular dates from May to August, we need more notice. Please call or email to schedule a consultation.
Birthday & Special Occasion Cakes-We need at least a week’s notice, sometimes longer depending on how busy we are.

- How are Sweet Sallie’s wedding cakes priced?
Wedding cake prices start at $3.75 per serving for round and $4 per serving for square. Prices go up from there depending on the difficulty of the decoration/design of the cake. Delivery and setup cost is $50 in the Cookeville area. Sweet Sallie’s requires a $50 deposit to secure the creation of your wedding cake and payment of the full balance at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.
